Before registering, please contact Salmon Lake Park at 936-687-2594 for lodging options, Then.....

Click on the "Registration Form" Button and print a copy of the Registration Form. Fill it out completely and mail to the address on the top of form along with Registration Fee. If you dont have access to a printer you can use a piece of paper.

How to fill out form...

*Include all family information including ages of children. Use back of form if necessary.

*For a family of three or more the Shindig fee is $75. For two or less it's $35/per person.

*In addition...If you would like to purchase Shindig meals, they are $5/each, per person. (Friday-Beef BBQ Dinner, Sunday Breakfast-Beef & Egg Burritos.) 

*New Shindig T-Shirts $10/each
