How to Register...

Click on the "Registration" Button and print a copy of the Registration Form. Fill it out completely and mail to the address on the top of form along with Registration Fee.

Camp Fees should be made payable to Pine Springs and mailed along with your registration form. If you'd like to make installments feel free to. Deadline for total amount due is April 15, 2023.

How to fill out form...

*Include all family information including ages of children. Use back of form if necessary.

*For a family of three or more the Shindig fee is $75. For two or less it's $35/per person. (Payable to Shelly Wyatt)

*Camp fees, which include activities and lodging for the entire event, are listed in 3 different categories. This depends on your choice of lodging. Please select and make these payable to Pine Springs.

*In addition...If you would like to purchase Shindig meals they are $5 per person for 2 meals each. (Example: a family of 7 would be $35 for 2 meals, Thursday & Friday)
